The Art of Vunerability.

There is no shame in being vulnerable, sensitive and emotional. Give yourself the space to feel and get in touch with your vulnerability, just allow your feelings to come and go, accepting each new one as a gift of transformation.

Being sensitive, open and vulnerable is a gift. Connecting with our own vulnerability teaches us how we relate to the world around us, it encourages our growth and understanding. When you truly know yourself in all your depth, expansiveness and wonder, then you find God, because you have found God in your own being and you can see the divine connection you have and the part you play, there is a sudden feeling of oneness. The illusion of separation is dissolved.

The purpose of all struggle, of all emotional despair, pain and anguish, is simply to free you from the bondage of the mind, to set you free from the illusion that you are some how separate from everything and everyone.

You are the universe and the universe is you. You have an immense amount of potential, everything is possible for you. You are a wonderful divine being and you were born with the gift of creation not only for more life, but for your life. You have the power and the capacity to create your entire life and transform the world with each breath.

You transform the world by your thoughts, actions and intentions. You are amazing, there is no doubt you are incredible!

Love and Many Blessings,

Amelia
